The wind up timer mechanism to open the ball, either catches or doesn’t open in time to deploy the parachute. Also I whacked the hard plastic ball into my hand painfully several times when trying to slingshot it up into the air. It’s not worth the pain and frustration.

I don't know what people mean by the parachute no working because I had no problems, sometimes it hits my wrist but it doesn't hurt!
