Don’t feel they actually do whiten if you want a drastic result then I do suggest to go to your dentist. But if only have light staining or to keep the results already achieved then it’s good. I found the sheids don’t shape if follow instructions but if use slightly hotter than suggested it’s then too much and they completely shrivel

I like to use these as my go to in between for my hydrogen peroxide whitening at my dentist. These keep my teeth pearly white but not sensitive which is an issue I have with others.Gentle and great results. Easy to use and taste great.

I used my bf machine just give it a go so he had run out of syringes so I bought these. Well, it definitely made huıge differences. My complaint was the yellowish colour did not disappear no matter how hard I brushed it. I used it for 6 days in a row (with a machine as recommended for the first time user) and now when I brush my teeth, there is no yellowish appearance. When I brushed my teeth, that whiteness and brightness fulfilled my self-confidence!

The kid was gifted to me and I've continued to use it it's doing really well as I'm a ex smoker (smoked for ten years)its really doing so good work on my teeth
