I purchased it to help me study for a doctoral-level physical therapy anatomy course, and it did not have nearly enough anatomical structures to help me at all, so it was completely useless for me. I already knew all of the structures, but a few of the study questions were helpful. I will probably give this to a PT aide or student in the future who has yet to take anatomy. So just know that if you are in a doctoral-level anatomy course, this will probably not help you to study and I wouldn't waste the money if I were you, but if you are in an undergraduate anatomy course, this would be an EXCELLENT workbook to help you study. I wish I would have known about this book when I went through Anatomy as an undergrad.

Excellent workbook for [undergraduate] Anatomy students, so I gave it 5 stars. I purchased it to help me study for a doctoral-level physical therapy anatomy course, and it did not have nearly enough anatomical structures to help me at all, so it was completely useless for me. Grrreat Book! Easy to navigate, great drawings that allow a new student or seasoned professional to gain quick and vivable information. It shows muscles in relation to other muscles, how insertion points effect muscles et al. As a nursing student, I found it tremendously helpful to integrate so much new knowledge.

This work book is amazing! You can color in certain muscles to help differentiate them. This in pair with the Trail guide to the Body book, really helped me learn my anatomy for my Athletic Training program. I highly recommend this work book with the other book to learn anatomy!
