How long do they last out of fridge?

I keep the bag in the freezer, and they stay fresh for a long time. When I want a bagel, I toast it. It’s very good this way.

Were these frozen at one time? Came with a partially opened box. No hint of ice in box. Can they be frozen now or again?

I can't say whether or not they were frozen, but I can tell you I freeze them as soon as I get them and they are great. I pop a frozen one in the toaster and I'm good to go.
