I see the 100468 parallel kit has a 30a outlet. can you connect this device to only one generator and use that 30a outlet with only 1800 watts power?

15amp M to 30amp RV F outlet adapters are available on Amazon for about $8. I use this on my travel trailer, no parallel kit needed. The parallel kit increases the power output by combining two running generators. All you need is an adapter.

how can be oil changed and how often..??

The oil can be changed by removing the oil cap, and tilting the generator over to one side which will now cause the engine oil to drain out. Depending on the application, an oil change is required every 50 - 100 hours.
