This book is absolutely full of illustrations of the battle,some in the before and after vein. I have four other titlesof books by Leo Marriot & Simon Forty now, and all come highly recommended Hitlers Atlantic Wall, NormandyBattlefields, Normandy Battlefields Bocage & Breakout. Race to the Rhine. You will not be disappointed purchasing these titles,full marks to Leo Marriot & Simon Forty.

Excellent concise review of Battle of the Bulge
Excellent concise review of the conflict with great photographs.Would thoroughly recommend to anyone undertaking a battlefield tour of the Ardennes.

Ideal für Diorama-Bauer und Geschichtsintressierte. Viele damals und heute Vergleiche und mit etwas Schulenglish kommt man auch mit den Texten klar.

more of a tourist book than serious history
I bought this book hoping for good, legible maps following the progress of the bulge. What I got is a good tourist book for anyone wanting to tour the area - excellent for the purpose but not at all what I hoped for.
