very easy to use and most accurate

I purchased this Freestyle Freedom Lite glucose meter kit to replace my original ordered by my doctor in 2011. The reasons I like this meter kit is because it keeps all the tools in one case, the lance tool and glucose strips are easy to use and the meter is very accurate. I can get my glucose readings in seconds, when other meters are harder to work with or the lance tools prick too hard or don't set up well. I carry a piece of Kleenex in my storage pouch for easy clean up along with extra lances. When this kit wears out, I will be getting another Freestyle Freedom Lite kit.

I have always used this particular meter. I was in need of a new one and couldn't find it in my local stores so I checked out Amazon and was able to purchase it.

The costly ($50+) USB data transfer cable did NOT transfer data from the meter to the LibreView data management system or the CoPilot Health Management System (Windows 10 PC). Both apps would timeout while attempting a data transfer. Now attempting to get a refund for the cable purchase from the Abbot Store.Meter recorded much lower values than my other meter. Unsure which is correct.

Based on the comments above, I expected all components in the kit, including testing strips. They are key to testing glucose. They were not a part of the kit. I had to return the kit.
