I didn't lose weight moreover stomach burns as if you ate too much pepper after consumption

Decent product, I recently bought it so haven’t seen results yet, consistently taking it for 2 months might show some..Also being an athlete I must say that the pill should only be taken if you workout on a regular basis, as a pre workout pill, surely it will help you burn the stubborn fats.But if you are someone whose expecting to loose weight by only taking the pill and no movement, please avoid it, as many people may feel stomach burn or nausea due to the high concentration of green coffee and capsimax extracts in it..Rest it says that the product contains all natural ingredients so I’m hoping there aren’t any other side effects..

To whoever reads this, TAKE HEED and do NOT buy these pills in the hope of losing weight! This is especially important for those of you who have IBS or other sensitive digestive problems. When I first read the other reviews here, I fooled myself into thinking it can't that bad. So, I ordered a bottle of it and took the tablet as instructed. At first, I didnt face any trouble for the first couple of days. But by the 3rd day however, I started experiencing a growing discomfort in the stomach region, which only grew worse day by day! I was buckling over in pain for a whole week and finally had to go to the doctor to alleviate the pain. There is nothing LITE about this product; I dont know if it's the potent combination of Capsimax in this formulation, but it severely irritates the digestive system and puts your body under stress. Ironically, you will certainly lose weight but not in the easy, convenient way that you imagine.. the thing is you wont feel like having any food as a result of the pain caused by these tablets, or worse still, you'll have to be placed on DRIPS until this hellish combination is flushed out from your body. Believe me when I say this.. unless you have a stomach made of iron, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR WEIGHT LOSS!!!

Took for 2 days. Both days had stomach cramps accompanied by pain which made me rush back home from gym.Update: Please consume alot of water to not go through the above. Felt a change of clean energy and somewhat effective.

Check online, garcinia cambogia and green tea extract are toxins for the liver. I took these tablets for 30 days and my Liver tests came bad, it does damage.

Great product , good for metabolic activity, great results my best used it and suggested to me .Setu makes pretty good products …Can use for daily supplements for weight loss.
