I have a guitar amp that requires a F 500mA/125v glass fuse. What do you have that is comparable?

I have nothing that compares, I know nothing about guitar amps.

C7 strand, mine calls for a 125v 5 amp but when i measure it is exactly 19 mm long x 5 mm wide, not 20 mm long? am i suppose to round up?

Not sure about the sizing, but if what ever you are doing calls for 125v 5 amp fuses these are the right ones, they sure worked for me.

will these work for C9 bulbs?

There are a number of different amp ratings for these, from .5 up to 15 amp. Look at your old fuse on the chrome end caps. On one end it will list the volts (125 probably) and the amp rating. That's what you need to get IF the size is the same as what you have. These are 5x20 mm/0.2x0.78 Inch long
