I just love the Emerita products. They are really at the top of their class. They work very well and you only have to use a little bit of it to feel the difference. There are a lot of people that advocate for using mass amounts of this and would say to start small and as directed. Do your research to find what is best for you. I find that a little of this goes a long ways. I use a small dab in the am and then a slightly larger dab before bed. Use as symptoms need it. Dr. Lee has great books on how to use progesterone. I would buy this again and again. Very trusted brand!

There are many and less expensive products on the market, but Emerita remains my personal preference and highly recommend it for its extremely light fragrance, nice texture and it’s application.

Argh. Love the product, but I meant to order the 4 oz. and would never have ordered the 2 oz. at this price on purpose. If you look, you can get the 4 oz. for not much more money. I don't recommend buying this size for this price!
