We needed a very big rug for our open living room. We purchased this in 9' x 12' and delivery was incredibly fast, we had it in just a few days. No smell when we unrolled the carpet and aside from a few lumps from being rolled up the carpet was instantly perfect. The lumps smooth out after a few hours of the carpet being laid flat and it is SO soft. I vacuumed the carpet using the high floor setting on my vacuum cleaner and there were no pulls or threading issues. The picture on the item listing is true to coloring, my photo is the carpet under low soft white dimmer lights so it doesn't show the true white color. I plan to buy this carpet in a smaller size for our bedroom! This was easily $200-$300 cheaper than everywhere else we looked and really great quality!

This is an extremely low quality rug. You can see the backing through the shag. I've tried for days to get it to lay flat and it won't. I've tried using heavy books, turning it over and putting heavy things on the corners etc. The backing is very stiff and slippery on our floors. I want to return it but I threw the plastic out when I opened it, never thinking I would be this unhappy with it. I'm so tired of not being able to find quality stuff anymore.

Rug is great, except one side was cut crooked. Read same review from someone else but thought They probably just got a defect. Now I’m not sure. I. Any event it wasn’t bad enough to not keep, despite my OCD.

I just received this rug about a week ago and I LOVE it!! The corners didn't curl when I took it out of the package, and the rug fluffed up immediately into a beautiful, thick, plush rug. I couldn't be any happier. It's hard to select the right rug on line. I hesitated at first. I'm so glad now that I made this purchase. I'm sure it will last for a long time to come!!

Beautiful rug. Came just as shown

Over a year ago, I bought two of these. One to use and then a second as a "backup" because first was so great. After about 18 months, due to heavy traffic and my cats, it was time, as expected, to swap the first with the second. I was dismayed when I opened the second to find that it was very badly stained when I unrolled it. That being the case, I ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived, as expected very quickly. When I opened it, though, I was both angry and disappointed that this rug has changed dramatically. I was surprised to find that, rolled up, it was half the size of the original. The reason is the pile is about one-half what it was in my purchases. At best, this rug is as thick as what one would find in a bathroom rug placed around a toilet. I think it's a disgraceful "bait and switch" that the product changed but the description remained the same.

I looked for a long time for a good rug for a decent price and once i stumbled upon this one and read the reviews I was sold. I needed something soft for my elderly dog and my newborn baby without breaking the bank and I was not disappointed! This rug is so comfortable to sit or lay on ! The size is perfect and so far the quality seems to be great too. Would definitely recommend this !!
