Is the Skullcandy Navigator Headphones compatible with an android phone, the Chromebook and the Kindle Fire? Thanks

It is compatible with Android Phones, I have used it on the Samsung Galaxy SIII S4 and Droid Turbo. It worked with my HP Chromebook. I do not have a Kindle fire, but I'd imagine since the Kindle Fire runs over an Android OS that it would work on that as well.

In order to use the navigators with a computer, does it have to be a MAC OS (iPhone, iPad, or Mac)?

The remote as is true on all skullcandy that have it is specially designed to work with apple products. The is limited to newer models. My ipod classic for example 2006 model isnt compatable. But my ipod nano. Works great. Hope this helps

I have bought two pairs and the mic did not work with my ps4 either time. I thought the first pair may have been defective, so I used a different cord and that worked fine. When I bought my second pair the mic still did not work so I have to assume it is just a design flaw and they are incompatible with ps4 chat. Since they have a 2.5 mm jack on the earpiece I purchased this adapter https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01499D3CO/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and was able to use a standard 3.5.. cord with mic.
