However, after 3-4 months problems started with not holding charge. After ~5 months the laptop started to display battery error message (battery failure and not charging) every time it is was booted. So computer can be used only when plugged into power supply. Moreover, the seller ("Fully.com") when contacted (using Fully Store link provided under this product) refused even to admit that they sold the unit. In response they wrote: ". ...you may be looking for a different company with a similar name. We do not sell laptop batteries, but rather ergonomic office furniture, as you can see on our website, Fully.com. " The battery is still listed as a product sold by Fully.com (which indeed sells also ergonomic office furniture). Rather outrageous. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It barely fits *by P***N on August 16, 2019* Arrived on time, and holds charge. I haven't used it enough to comment on its capacity. As is clear in the photo, the battery barely fits, and required the cable to be bent on itself to the point that I wasn't very comfortable with the result.
