Are the blasters painted?

They are painted, not too bad of a job either. I'd say they are pretty decent for props.

Does this come with 2 of them?

I only received one blaster, not two. After a long conversation with customer service, I was left that while it is being advertised as (1 Pair) - that only means one blaster.

No. Also nothing moves, no sound, no lights Grandson looked at it and has NOT played with it at all.It is metal and more for display. I would give ours away.
