Best grill for any circumstance.
If you are looking for sophistication and the perfect balance between convenience and pleasure this grill is worth the look. I got the cart, folds down and easy to store and built with great materials. I also ordered the cover and carrying straps for tailgating and taking it to gatherings/work. Fits perfectly in my suv, both cart and grill. The battery is worth buying. No power cord needed, and it holds a charge. The size is perfect for a get together or an easy grill out for two. I have done a pizza to brats and even did kabobs with ease. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Battery and easy to move leisurely.

If anything goes wrong with a HALO produce, your not gonna get any help from HALO.
Custom support sucks… “know that before you buy”. They contacted me “once”, and never heard back from them. Lucky I bought it thru Amazon, which has a great Customer Suppprt.

The smoker is amazing. I was worried about the purchase due to reviews that stated it was not holding temperature. I can smoke meat for 20 hours on one charge of battery. AMAZING

Within 2-3 months and already getting a fan error. Higher expectations of this thing. Do not buy this.

Fantastic little smoker
I purchased mine directly from the manufacturer as a bundle including the grill, battery, and cover. Heads up, they do military discounts via ID.me if you want to go that route, but they won't combine deals. So far I've smoked a brisket, ribs, wings, and mac n cheese and it's been everything you could hope for. I got it with the intention of taking it cross country in our outdoor kitchen on our camper and so far its been great. Controls are straight forward, the display is bright. Temperature regulation is usually good but I did have one situation where it spiked to about 400F degrees 6 hours in on a brisket. Right after that it threw an error code for an igniter timeout so it dumped temperature down to 120F. So, needless to say, that brisket didn't turn out quite right. But other than that, it's been fantastic. If I didn't need the smallest option, I'd probably go with the bigger grills purely for their monitoring and app abilities compared to the limited bluetooth capabilities of the Prime 300.

Not sure
Just tried to use first time. Several errors and worked for a minute. Disappointed. Need a refund. It wasn’t cheap. Battery doesn’t come with it!!

Portable!
Got this to take with us in our motorhome camping and going to the dunes. Battery life is better than expected. Did a high temp grilling at 500 degrees for brats. Also did a low and slow tri tip at 200 degrees. Was able to do both flawlessly. And was pleasantly surprised by the battery life. Very happy with the purchase. Only down fall is the app doesn’t work with the portable grill yet. But I’m not taking a point off for that.
