Supporting documentation needs to mature. *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2018* Item: Korins 3phase 75amp clamps with cloud service. Probably the first review I've ever wrote as a consumer but felt this product earned my attention. I've been through several outlet power monitors that fail sooner or later and decided monitoring from the breaker box is over due. I'm researching power use of a 3 ton HVAC 14 SEER against a mini split. The resolution of the cloud service graphs is a nice feature. Having a temperature logger on the same graph is priceless. This is the only affordable product i have yet to find that provides power usage and current temperature together. Having said that, the temperature sensor is in the indoor display unit. Would be nice if the sensor were located in the data collector module ( the box the power clamps connect to ). This would allow outside ambient or indoor greenhouse temp logging. Understand that having 10 channels ( a super nice feature ) only allows temp logging from the display unit. Multiple temp logging by location would be sweet but that would cross the line into temperature data logging. What have i done so far ? extended the temperature probe via thin wire to allow outside monitoring while the display unit is inside the home. Temp response time slower with sensor inside the display case. I do not suggest opening the unit or modifying in any way. Voiding warranty is discouraged ! I plan to use a network extender through a ac outlet to make cables and location of the display unit cleaner in apperance. A built in wireless network module would be nice but then you would have to perform a setup for the connection. The way the unit works now is probably best since it likely sends SNMP packets to the hard coded cloud server. Although the unit keeps multiple years of data, only real-time "at the moment" data is sent when you are connected to the internet. No option to upload while you were offline that i can see at this point. I like that the ac outlet module is available but hope it can be bought soon without paying the $$$ shipping and shipping delay. Big bonus is you can collect and graph on you desktop without publishing your data on the cloud (privacy for anyone not growing tomatoes i guess) The software is the typical quick to market with a handful of limitations. (only displays Celcius no matter what, only one graph or runtime instance, and less satisfying than the cloud service graphs. All in all, a great price for what it does. The cloud service makes the produce more of a Prosumer solution. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Ethernet faulty and too much Korean and not enough English *by C***W on Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2018* The unit I received looked as though it had been re-packaged as the original screen protector had been replaced. The Ethernet port was dead so could not use the App. I had a look at the App but it was unintelligible as all in Korean. I thus returned the unit for credit on the basis of the faulty Ethernet port.I expected that I would be able to allocate a separate channel to each sensor to check if the 3 phase system is balanced but not so.
