I went on weight watchers and needed to loose 50 pounds. There are a lot of ladies that use hula hoops now to help in their weight loss so I went on a search on Amazon to see if I could find one that would work for me. I bought a hula hoop from Walmart but it wasn't big enough for me in circumference. I am 6'2 and needed one that would swing out wider. I thought I would take a big chance when I bought this because I just wasn't sure if I would even be able to do it anymore, many years have went by since I have done this. When I got it I did as instructed and laid it flat on the floor for 24 hours. It was all I could do was wait and when the waiting period was over I had to wait longer because we had rain for a long period of time. Finally I was able to go outside and use it. At first it was a struggle because it had been so long since I have done this but it didn't take long and I was doing very well. I have lost 46 pounds and I believe the hoop has helped me greatly!! I am so so glad that I ordered this hula hoop and that I can actually use it. I appreciate that the circumference of the hoop is bigger then most and being weighted adds a lot of help in being easier to swing on my hips.
