I purchased this night time tea every month, and I have it last thing at night before going off to bed. I find it has a great taste and it's very relaxing. It also has herbs, vitamins and minerals.It arrives every month and I get an email from amazon when the shipment is due. Very occasionally there's is a problem with availability, and on those very odd times I have to use a substitute. I notice the difference striaght away. Thankfully it doesn't often occur.As soon as my head hits the pillow I'm asleep all night.The tea is very calming and caffeine free which is very important when drinking before going off to bed. Its a little expensive but well worth the money. The packet is purple colour and has a simple design and logo. I've tried other night time drinks I find this is the best one for me. The flavour is very subtle and not other over powering. The ingredients are some natural ones blackcurrant, cinnamon, lavender flowers and cherry along with some other ones too. Try it for one month and you will love and you too will hooked like I am.

These t bags are great I used to get cramp regularly in the night and since drinking before bed time I have not hardly had any cramp , great taste too

I noticed when taking the train to work I was catching more illnesses. Started drinking this tea, feel a lot betterSmell is lovely, good to drink whenever, taste isn’t too strong so I almost forget it’s there as it isn’t unpleasant either. Lovely!

These do give you a short boost of a big energy. Maybe for about an hour max.

Seems to work in assisting sleep

As someone who has tried everything known to help with better sleep, and only very few things has worked, well this is the best thing I've ever tried for sleep that's natural wow, I ain't even waking up in the night anymore, i do take sleeping medication from the doctors but normally I still wake up in the night. I drink this an hour before bed and no longer wake up in the night which means I need less sleep buy it, i will be buying the energy one aswell, would give more than 5 stars if I could
