Q: What is the difference between this kit and the older tint kit you sell with the capsules?

This one is really different from the capsules one. I've had both kits. I like this one better: first, it's easier to deal with even though there are 2 steps involved to this one; I was able to control the solutions better than with having to mix the capsules and apply a messier solution. This kit has a base color and a developer solution. It seems to last longer than the capsules too and my results looked better.

Q: Are any of the ingredients or ready made products tested on animals or sold where testing is required by law?

Unsure but very mild and works great
