Classic Floss COMMERCIAL Cotton Candy Machine with Metal Bowl - For Professional Concessions

We purchased this for use for elementary school fundraising. It’s a workhorse. I had it in my home for a while so I could “practice” using it. It’s presence completely blew my keto diet! It’s very easy to use. Make sure you adjust the leather floaters or you will have cotton candy everywhere! If you use this in your home, you will set off smoke alarms. Open your windows and work by your kitchen fume hood. Cotton candy will get everywhere. I’m still cleaning “cobwebs”. I suggest buying the bubble, it doesn’t completely contain the cotton candy “dust”, but it will minimize the mess.Paragon (aka Manufactured Fun) also has great customer service. When I received this item, I had question sent in the evening and it was answered before I was done with breakfast the next morning. (They’re in Iowa and I’m in CA). They’ve also been very responsive other questions.

This machine was running great I used it around 8 times and it stop heating up. I contact customer service and they keep sending me different pcs for I myself to fix the machine it is ridiculous I Owen 6 gold medal cotton candy machines and they run great after 3 years and never had a problem , yes I did go for the cheaper price to test it out and it will be the last time I purchase this machine because I have a year warranty and the company has not resolved my problem yet just sad never experience this with other companies under warranty I am still going back and forth with customer service and nothing has been resolve . It’s just sad that I really wasted my hard working money with a company that don’t give a crap about their customers ....I really wish Amazon will help out on this I am going back and forth with the company 1 email a day I’m just over it a lost is a lost

This machine is a bit hard to use straight out of the box. After a frustrating first try, I put it away for a few weeks and used the cheap Vbenlem machine that I bought. The Vbenlem machine is easier to use, but has stability and fuse problems.We got this machine out and tried again with customer service. Toni, the US based agent, stayed in the phone with us through the entire troubleshooting process and even gave us some extra tips. Now it works like a champ and makes great floss. The machine is good, instructions could be clearer, but customer service is the best I’ve experienced in many years.

This machine is far better than the first one that i purchased, but it should be... it was twice the price. the only think that I really don't like about it is the ribbon - the way the sugar is melted. it's a screen with a heating element wrapped and soldered to the screen twice - two loops. The sugar gets "stuck" in between the loops and doesn't melt. there is a significant amount of wasted sugar... but i guess that's a side effect of making cotton candy...Now, i will tell you, that even with the plastic mesh, the cotton candy did not "form" on the sides of the barrel well/properly. So the sugar fluff created a storm of sugar fluff floating around the entire room. I ended up purchasing the bubble dome - a very expensive addition to the machine. Unfortunately, that did not really help. it actually made the situation worse. Inside the dome, it was a tornado and prevented the floss from adhering. I finally figured out that by keeping the heat up a little longer, it would be more sticky and would adhere to the sides. It's still not perfect, but it's doing a lot better.

Love the price and functionality of this unit. It does what it is supposed to. I saw lids are around $200 and did not think it was essential. It is, but what is nice about this one is we were able to find a new fir pit cover and we can crank out the cotton candy!There is some dismantling to effectively clean it.

This machine is fast very fast, only little problem is that when it starts making cotton candy you don't need the cones just put the kids in the area and have them turn in circles because I guess till you learn how to use it there is cotton candy flying everywhere ....... I would have purchased the hood but comments say it doesn't help that much and it is VERY expensive .

I literally just received this in the mail today, opened the box and the bowl has multiple dents and bends. I payed nearly $500 dollars for a product that never should have made it past quality control.

Works good just needs the guard around it
