Good product as expected

The product is way too costly for what it offers. The sound clarity is good for various meeting platforms with active noise cancelation. If you are a music lover, this set of headphones isn't for you. The pads are comfortable and fits snugly around your ears. It doesn't cause any type of discomfot even wearing for long durations.

Using the product for a month now . Got it from office . I needed it for mostly calls but i also like listening to music while working. Now for meetings its very comfortable .I can take long calls without burning my ears or getting it all sweaty. Call quality is good from both side . It gives static noise whenever the mic is moved also looks like mic may come loose in future. It eliminates most background noise but not all like fans. Passive noise cancellation is ok . If i put music even in low volume cant hear surrounding noise. Now for music its par with most of headphones comes with 5k range . It has stereo sound but getting static noise time to time . Volume also lower side . It doesn't come with stand but a pouch though. Stand in the photo is from ikea. Delivered on time with good condition . Bottomline if music is priority there are much better option in this price range but if needed mostly for ofc work with music in side then probably one of the best .Also if you are getting it free like me by all means go for it :)

Its a good product for office use. When on ear it cuts out a lof of passive noise around. But do remember it does not have active noise cancellation. Person on the opposite side is able to hear the noise around and even the breathing noise (little embarrassing when others ask you to go on mute). Plantronics could have given a sponge covering on mic to prevent this noise. The call control works perfect to help you on this with dedicated mute button.

In headphone, instead of planatronic, poly is written. It can be scam product.

No sound, apart from wind sound from fan will reach to some one whom you are talking to. Stops all sounds from surroundings, only exception is a sound from Fan. Thank you Amazon, will recommend this product to every one, who is Working from Home, and has kids and family members with lot of noise both inside and outside the home. Thank you.

Ich habe in meiner Home Office Zeit einige Headsets probiert, u. a. auch Sennheiser. Für mich sind die Plantronics C5220 mit Abstand am Besten. Positiv: - Verarbeitung und Design sind sehr gut - Tragekomfort ist extrem gut (auch bei mehreren Stunden tragen) - Audioqualität in Gesprächen ist klar und deutlich - Mikrofon ist klar und klappbar - per USB ist die Audioqualität nochmals besser - Tasche ist im Lieferumfang - Preis ist fair (~75 Euro) Neutral: - Zum Musik hören eher nicht geeignet (aber dafür ist es ja auch nicht gemacht) Für mich ist das mit Abstand das beste Headset, Tragekomfort ist wahnsinnig gut und Audioqualität in jeder Hinsicht auch super.

I was a bit unsure before the purchase because I have generally been disappointed by various other headsets, but this one was definitely above my expectations. My main use is for Skype teleconference sessions. The sound quality is excellent and the mic does pick my voice up extremely well according to my business counterparts. This is also an excellent headset for language learning, because of the crispness in sound. Obviously, it is not for music listening and neither it should be. Also, with Windows 10, the device setup completed in about 5 seconds, which was very impressive. It is also very comfortable to wear. I did start to feel some mild pressure after over two hours of continuous use, but shifting it a bit made things better and I felt no discomfort afterwards. This is a big difference from headsets that hurt after a few minutes of use. The only thing that was a bit unexpected was that the seller shipped this unit without a tracking number. Something for them to consider in the future maybe?

I really recommend this headset for online meetings. Sound quality of the microphone is the best I have ever used. The headphone provides good sound but it has a little sound leakage. Please make sure that volume level inside the office. Headset is cool with red cable and super light weight. Everything meets my expectations.

Je ne sais pas si c'est voulu, mais le casque coupe un peu le son ambien. Sinon très bon son, qualité du micro est excellente (à ce qu'on m'a dit) et confort agréable.
