Perfect for tethered camera work!
I bought this to do studio camera work with my Nikon Z6 tethered to the laptop, so that the model can see the photos taken. This works really well with Lightroom running. In addition, with the Nikon WebCam utility, I can use my camera as a high quality Zoom camera with any lens I chose and place that camera 20 ft away from the speaker, this works really well, too.Very good quality cable.

Do NOT use for MacBook Pro!! 😶👎🏾
So, I'm going to be brief about this cable: - 20 feet is AWESOME!! It reaches across the room to wherever you are. - USB-C to C is definitely needed when you have Apple AND PC/Android-related devices with that connectivity. - Works great on iPad Pro & Android phone for charging/data transfer speeds. - Charging from an Apple USB-C power brick does NOT work well on a MacBook Pro (16" version). I was excited about it being a sturdy feeling and lengthy cable for my home office and couch office🤓 needs, but I was wondering why my MBP would DIE even being plugged in overnight. When I opened it, the "charging" icon shows that it is doing what you expect it to. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that it would be LOSING BATTERY %'age while it was plugged in!! I tested this theory and sure enough, the laptop died WHILE PLUGGED IN, WHILE I WATCHED IT. When I switch to my standard OEM Apple cable, it charges and stays charged throughout my daily usage. I believe it is a cable gauge issue. Even though the external rubber covering is thick, the insulated current delivery cabling is inadequate. Which is a poor business practice - normally used by fly-by-night companies. SMH.I vehemently challenge anyone who has a similar setup to say otherwise.

Exactly as described
This cable works well. I personally used it to tether my Sony A7RIII to my laptop for photography. Functions fine, throughput data just fine, even simultaneously charged my camera. I don't see much of a point in paying more for any similar product. The only thing that would make it better, the cable has a lot of memory (high tension) so it will coil or bundle instead of laying flat. That's just a super nitpicky thing. It's super rare to find cables that don't have a ton of memory to them. So all else, this is a solid purchase and I wouldn't worry about picking it up.

Let me move computer monitor across room.
Allowed me to move my third computer monitor across room. This is a USB C input equipped computer monitor that is on its own120v power. USB C equipped Mac Pro 2019 is the video signal source. It works for that. That is all I needed... five stars. Also very swift reply from seller re question. If I have one niggle it would be the white color which is really, well, white and 20' of it. Amazon delivered a day ahead of time which really helped me. All good with this purchase.

Only carries power not data
It only carries power over the distance, not any other kind of signal. Got it so the laptop could be farther away from my audio interface in a live environment- sad :/

Not Optimal for Quest 2 Rift Link Cable
Works, but it's not ideal for the Quest, which it shows in the picture. Quest requires usb 3.0 for optimal performance.

works just as advertised
Using this to connect my ipad pro for Duet Display from laptop that sits farther from my desk. Works well, glad to find a well priced high quality long usb-c to usb-c cable! The charging works, not sure how fast it charges but so far seems sufficient to keep ipad charged for being second monitor with Duet Display. Note I only really use it ~4 hours a day, rest of the day leave iPad off. I also assume the adapter from my laptop isn't as efficient as a dedicated adapter.
