Don’t buy—bamboo rots and screws break
Exact same issue as JH above. Rotted bamboo broken after two seasons.

Really nice product
This unit is just beautiful, very sturdy and the base is much larger and heavy duty than what I expected which is a good thing

Not made for outdoors or for showers
Had to get a warranty replacement after one season (4 months) outdoors. Replacement had the same fate. The bamboo basically disintegrated and the bolts rusted. Waste of $700

Not worth the price
The cut ends of the base are not sealed, leaving them exposed to water damage. This is our 2nd base in 2 years and it looks horrible. Customer service told use to be sure and wipe it down after every use, really? How about sealing the ends of the wood inserts in the base? It's a SHOWER, it's going to get wet. Do Not Waste Your Money. Unfortunately, we poured concrete to the exact size of this base. Now we're stuck with this.
