Gentle, easy-to-use silicone tape for scar support
This silicone tape is soft and flexible, making it comfortable to wear on the skin without feeling irritating. It adheres well but is also easy to remove, which is great if you have sensitive skin or donโt want painful removal. I also like that itโs waterproof and holds up well during daily activities, so it stays in place without needing constant adjustment. The easy-tear design makes it simple to cut to size without extra tools. Compared to other silicone tapes Iโve tried, this one feels more comfortable and less irritating for longer wear, especially when used as part of a daily routine. A practical option if you want a simple, low-fuss scar care tape.

This stuff is amazing!
Truly great stuff. It sticks just about anywhere, even in awkward places with moisture and heat. But the best part is it peels off without sticking or irritating sensitive skin! I guess the proper word would be adheres, not stick, because it is not sticky. There's no adhesive on it. Yes it's pricey but it's worth it because there's se things for which only this will work. It's totally cutable, I've used a tiny, tiny piece for a pimple on my face. The only drawback is it can be tricky to separate the tape and backing, especially if you have arthritis or no fingernails, or only have one hand like I do. But you'll get the hang of it!

Ok silicone tape, with caveats
I purchased these silicone bandages because I had a healing wound on my forehead that I kept itching raw in ny sleep. I tried other bandages, but the adhesive itself or the removal of it irritated the skin around the wound, which then also became itchy. So, I wanted something that would cover the wound (so I couldnโt itch it) that wouldnโt irritate my sensitive skin. This was the only thing I found that fit the bill. It is extremely easy to take on and off and does not irritate my skin or make it itch. However, because it is so easy to take off, it is not very sticky and therefore can be easily knocked off by clothing, etc. I wouldnโt recommend it for open wounds, anything that absolutely needs to remain covered, or for use during activities. I think sweat ir moisture would also make it fall off. It also wouldnโt be effective at holding other material down (e.g., a gauze pad), so you canโt really use it like medical tape. Itโs really best for covering scars or almost fully healed things that you just want to lightly cover. Each bandage segment is prescored, so you can tear them off the roll easily. The backing is quite easy to remove. Itโs also very easy to cut each segment with scissors if you need smaller bandages to cover scars, etc.

One of the better silicone tapes Iโve tried, great for sensitive skin!
As someone who is allergic to most adhesive, Iโve been using silicone tape during a recent skin wound issue. I have tried pretty much every highly rated brand on Amazon and this is one of my favorites. Pros: -My skin usually does not react to it. I donโt react to the adhesive at all, and only sometimes have issues with the plastic backing on the most reactive areas of my skin (on days when anything even remotely abrasive, including clothing seams, causes issues). -The tape itself is pretty soft. Iโve only ever found one softer one than this. All the others have much sharper/stiffer edges. -Pretty good stick for silicone adhesive. Silicone tape in general has adhesion problems, so itโs never going to stick quite as well as regular adhesive bandages, but this one will often stay on for multiple days, and can be re-stuck if you need to lift it to change placement, or if it comes loose. Compared to other silicone bandages Iโve tried itโs right in the middle, so it doesnโt come off too easily and isnโt SO sticky that it would be difficult to use or get caught on clothing a lot. -Despite sticking fairly well, itโs gentle enough that it doesnโt tear my skin, even placing tape in the same place over and over for weeks/months on end. It also doesnโt stick too badly to wounds if it accidentally becomes dislodged and ends up over one of them. Iโve had it end up on top of a few at various stages of healing and it has never ripped off any scabs, fresh skin, or caused pain when carefully lifted off. -Pre-cut/perforated. This is one of the few brands that has perforations in the tape so you can tear off a section without needing to cut it, which is nice! Of my top 2 tapes, only this one is perforated. It is also easily cut if needed. -Seems decently breathable so I donโt get moisture buildup under the bandages (unless itโs so hot out that Iโm actually sweating anyway), and if it accidentally slips down over one of my wounds, it doesnโt irritate the wound too badly (by trapping too much moisture super fast) compared to others Iโve tried, giving me time to hopefully notice and get it off the wound. -Box can double as a tape dispenser if you set it up right, making it convenient to leave out for those who are using it daily like me. Iโll try to update my review later with a photo to show what I mean. Cons: -Can lift up at times. Itโs still silicone tape so it isnโt going to hold like traditional bandages. Thatโs just a fact of this type of product. It doesnโt come loose as often as the others Iโve tried though. -Will sometimes fold under itself if it catches on something and gets lifted a bit (like a sleeve or pants when changing/putting on clothes). This is also a problem common to ANY silicone tape that sticks well though, Iโve found, so itโs just something you have to deal with if you have to use silicone tape. The ones that do this less are the less sticky ones, which is a much bigger con in my opinion (because they donโt stay on well) so Iโll take the occasional folding edges. -Perforations are sometimes tricky to find and tear. Might just be manufacturing inconsistencies but the last few rolls Iโve had have been a little tricky to tear pieces off of. Not impossible though. -Roll is a bit smaller than Iโd like. This probably isnโt going to be an issue for most people though, as Iโve been dealing with an unusually large number of bandage changes, causing me to use it up pretty fast. Misc: -This tape isnโt the absolute narrowest, but of the ones in this general size range itโs probably one of the more narrow ones. Itโs still wide enough that it can be cut in half lengthwise if you need long thin strips when adhering thinner bandages, but cutting it in half likely wonโt work for thicker bandages. If you plan to use it at full width though, itโs a great size for thicker bandages as well as thinner ones since you donโt have as much excess width. Not really a pro or a con, just depends on your needs.

Poor adhesiveness but doesnโt irritate skin
This silicone tape is a bit of a mixed bag. Here are some pros: 1. It is very easy to apply. 2. It does not irritate my sensitive skin. 3. It is easy to tear each segment from the roll or cut the segments in half with scissors. 4. It is painless (literally and figuratively) to remove, unlike any other bandage or tape Iโve used. However, there are also some cons: 1. It does not adhere well to the skin. 2. It does not adhere well to other materials, either, so it canโt be used to tape down gauze. 3. Due to its poor adhesiveness, the bandages often move or fall off, especially when used under clothing. 4. It does not blend in well with my skin, as you can see in the third photo of my forearm. Iโm fairly pale, though, so people with darker complexions may find that it blends in better.

Great Stuff!
I love that it doesn't require scissors and breaks off in roughly two inch size pieces! I saw a few reviews that it didn't stay on for them---I've had this on the top of my right dominant hand for almost 24 hours, and even showered with it, and it's stayed on and stayed true to it's claim of being waterproof. Would recommend!

Excellent for scars
Excellent for scars. Its glue is durable and works very well. Easy to put on and take off in the right time. It has not caused any kind of allergies and has helped me improve my appearance of the operation.

Excellent product.
Less expensive and better quality than the one I purchased online from a local company in Australia a year ago.

Highly recommend
My little one had to have stitches and since they are dissolvable, they needs to stay dry. Hands are hard not to get wet , especially when you need to wash them. Although, the dressing gets a bit wet, the stitches stay dry.

Good
Good but doesn't stick for a long period of time.

Scar tape roll
This product is thin, would be good for areas that donโt flex. You can cut to the length you need so there is less waste.

Too expensive to not work
Didnt stay on well. Not reusable. After a tummy tuck, and backroll procedure, almost used the whole roll in one application that didn't stay on long.
