Poor quality printing

The program they send with it is complete junk. It don't have vary many options to adjust picture quality I ended up having to buy a different easy badge program just to get the right options I needed then the printer is varry low quality printing I wouldn't recommend this printer or program to anyone ever stay clear of this it's a wast of money and I feel ripped off completely. If I could give a negative star it would be negative 5 stars
