Milk allergy kid . When I tell you I can’t find any like this protein shake. The only one my daughter will drink !!! Great taste ! Creamy ! Thick ! Taste better than actual milk !! And most importantly for kids on the lower side of weight this helps with the gains

these are not the greatest tasting

Finally a product I do not have to take lactose dairy pills with. Like most I was hoping for something for those that are lactose intolerance and any for of milk or whey will send me to the bathroom. This Ripple shake is Awesome and I have no issues and I will be buying and keeping a case or two on hand as they are just as described, rich, smooth and creamy and they are not gritty or chalky. Have a case of Vanilla to be delivered tomorrow. I have found my perfect morning shake. Thank you Ripple.

I want to stress that I want to support my hometown’s vegan business. The salted caramel flavor was REALLY good. If I can deter even one person from buying the vanilla flavor though, I have done my good deed for the day. I am a wine salesman, so I’ve got a pretty darn good palate. I simply can’t fathom how this got the green light for production. It shouldn’t even be called “vanilla.” I don’t know what they were going for, but that ain’t it. The fact that they pulled off the salted caramel flavor so well and a blunt flavor like vanilla so poorly is puzzling, I’ll continue to try other flavors like I did with Soylent. It’s definitely a dicey proposition because I order a case at a time. I’m staring at the vanilla one now asking myself how I’m going to power through it. It’s going to be a brutal undertaking.

My list of no-nos is fairly long, but the biggest ones are; 1. No dairy 2. No Stevia (note here…if you have endocrine issues, read up on Stevia). 3. No spinach (another note…raw spinach depletes calcium from your body) 4. Option of vanilla What I don’t like is the plastic bottles and caps and covers with a foil seal once you get past opening the plastic around the cap. It’s overkill. Im reusing them as much as I can, but there’s only so many ways to do that. This shake passed all those no-nos for me. This is not a thick shake. I use it in place of water to make a protein packed smoothie that I add a protein powder to along with frozen apple chunks, banana slices, a slice of cooked red beet and a chunk of avocado. The avocado really thickens the smoothie. The beet turns it a beautiful dark pink and the whole thing is exactly sweet enough. I tried another brand that checked some of the boxes. It was organic, this one is not. I almost decided to let that bother me, but in the end, if you need a fast way to increase your protein intake that doesn’t gag you, Ripple will do that. Even if you just drink it from the bottle. But don’t and follow my recipe. You have to trust me on this. About the price: Yes. It’s pricey. But when you have special requirements, it pays to bite the bullet on cost if you can.

This brand was recommended by my son's nutritionist because it contains more protein than its competitors. While my son really liked their chocolate flavor, he's not too wild about vanilla flavor. It smells bad and taste like unflavored, unseasoned beans. We'll continue to order chocolate flavor but not vanilla for us.
