I don't eat mushrooms, I can't stand the texture, but this helps me put that umami flavor it my soups and sauces without it! Love this! It goes a long way, and is perfect for Pho, Hot and Sour Soup, and a variety of asian sauces I usually make!

I had never heard of this until it came up in a recipe that I was trying. It adds an amazing flavor to many dishes and I am using it a lot now. A little pricey but goes a long way!!

Very ideal for any cooking that needs a boost of flavor. Just takes a pinch in some dishes and more in other dishes. It is very salty is the only drawback.
