I needed a replacement for my metal round brush after the plastic handle broke. This is such an upgrade since the handle won't break and the bristles are natural. They feel great in my hair and don't do damage like my last metal/nylon round brush bristles. One brush has traditional rows and the other has angled rows to create more movement when you blowdry. These are such a great value!

These round brushes are really nice. Good size and works well with my fine hair.

The bristles are a little stiff

I was having trouble getting my hair to flip under so I bought these brushes. They work great and leaves my hair looking like I came out of the salon. The brushes are easy to use and never tangle in my hair. I love them.

I bought this twin set of Boar Bristle Brushes for my 84 year old client so that there would be a back up for use when I washed her older Boar hair-brush. I have experienced really old ones falling apart on me when soaking in warm water to clean. Anyhow, the vendor’s claim in their Amazon Website description is that, “They gently smooth and straighten the cuticles while removing build of hair products and environmental dust.” However, the bristles on these brushes are extremely hard. I did try to ‘soften’ the bristles as one has to do with most new Boar Bristle Hairbrushes, but they STILL remained stiff and hard upon attempted use. I wanted to love them, because as a Geriatric Caregiver I am always looking for the best grooming products that my clients will love to use at a budget friendly price point. Seniors have delicate & thin skin, & well these brushes will not be a ‘gentle’ choice for anyone… SOOOO, if gentle brushing is what your looking for just be aware that this bristles are quite hard. Now, I will initiate the process of a return which I dread doing with a 3rd Party Vendor on Amazon these days. Amazon is fast becoming a shadow of what made it great for online shopping.
