Sundown Organics Active Energy Complex with Vitamin B & Caffeine, Gluten Free, 100% Non-GMO, 30 Tablets

I've often quit taking B complex due to nausea but I've had no problems with this one. I take one on an empty stomach with morning coffee and have no bad side effects. It's brought my energy level up to where I don't feel like I will slide out of my chair due to fatigue. Give it a week or so. Depends if you're low on this vitamin. I could feel the energy right away.

The amount of Rhodiola extract is borderline insignificant if one looks at how much a usual supplement solely of it provides, and then the price of such a supplement. The 'B' vitamins seem to be an add-on to "all the things" from hangover relief, to anxiety, to sleep, etc.This isn't a time release capsule for a mellow increase in energy. The flashy small bottles of energy substances pushed at convenience stores and gas stations have profound amounts more caffeine.I have been a subscribe and save member of an energy supplement for years which costs half as much as this and has far better ingredients and 100 mg. of caffeine.I would avoid this unless its cost goes to around $7 or $8.

I ordered this for my wife, who saw it and wanted to gain a little energy during the day. Here's what she had to say:"I was looking for a little help getting going in the morning and this seemed like a good idea. Since it has caffeine (40 mg) AND vitamins - it's a win/win! These contain essential B Vitamins that provide energy metabolism support for the whole body by converting food into energy. Plus it also contains 40mgs of naturally sourced caffeine from Green Tea, Guayusa & Guarana.* Ingredient Facts: Guayusa is a holly tree native to the Amazon rainforest that contains naturally occurring caffeine. Guarana is an evergreen vine native to the Amazon region that contains about twice the concentration of caffeine found in coffee seeds.After doing some research, I found out that an average cup of coffee has about 80 mgs of caffeine - and that's "child's play" for me - so it didn't really provide much of a boost for me. I'm afraid to take more than one at a time, which I'll keep doing for the health benefits. If you don't drink coffee or caffeine, this might be the perfect product for you!

While I think these are a little on the expensive side for just 30 pills, they aren’t too bad. I drink a lot of coffee, but find myself to be somewhat sensitive to caffeine at times. The first few times I took these on an empty stomach, and they made me jittery. When I take them with breakfast, I find they do improve my energy levels, but doesn’t make me jittery. They are a medium sized pill, but I don’t have any issue with them. They also don’t have much of a taste, which is good. I do like that these are allergen-free and perfect for someone who is a vegetarian like me! However, I really dislike their need to advertise as non-GMO which is just a marketing scheme that isn’t based in accurate science. Because of the pricing and the decision to emphasize themselves as “non-GMO”, I’m unlikely to buy these again, but they may be just what you’re looking for.

I like taking energy supplements for an extra boost, so I was excited to try these Sundown Organics Active Energy Complex with Vitamin B & Caffeine tablets. Unfortunately, I did not feel anything - one way or another. I didn't have any bad side effects, nasty "vitamin burps," or digestive issues...but I also didn't feel an energy burst, either. Bummer! I gave them to my husband to try, and he said he didn't feel any effects from it whatsoever, either. I already take a good daily multi-vitamin, so maybe this is why. This might be one of those things where it may work for some people, but not for others - YMMV! I gave this 3 stars because I experienced no adverse side effects and they were relatively simple to take. Wish it worked for me - I can use a good mid-afternoon boost!

Sundown organics is not a brand I’ve used before but I got to admit this energy blend is great. I like that it’s not too much B12 like many of the energy supplements or energy drinks are these days. This supplement is well balanced and doesn’t give you the jitters. It’s hard to find blends like this in my experience. I did have a bit of trouble sleeping when I took this a bit later in the morning so for me this is a supplement that works best when taken with breakfast. That’s the only time I had a negative experience with this blend.Another great aspect here is that it’s organic. I don’t have to worry about the ingredients and can feel comfortable taking this supplement. It seems like this brand is very conscious of its impact on the environment. It’s always good to support the brands that support sustainability.
