Great quality
I was really glad when I found a great stainless steel option that fits in my artic canteen mug! It's thin stainless steel but not to thin it's the perfect compromise. If you are looking for this style of mess kit I would strongly recommend this one. Great price lightweight and exactly what I was looking for!

Nice GI style mess kit
Nice authentic little repro of the US mess kit, my grandson is a WW2 buff and it works well in his play. Works well as a real mess kit too. Not as heavy-duty as the original but it doesn't need to be. Also much cheaper that originals or better made reenacting mess kits.

Good solid basic camping gear. WWII/Vietnam military kit style. Solid and dependable. Stainless steel, & offers more cooking area than most pans. when closed, can easily accommodate utensils, fire starter kit, or emergency rations. Appropriate for any light weight camping/survival kit.

Great bang for your buck
Very inexpensive, very lightweight, great little size. It works great as long as you know how to cook with thin steel. Having liquid or fat in the pan is an absolute must! I use this with my Firebox Stove when I solo camp and it works great as a pan for my veggies or something, plus the plate works great for what it is. Packs very small, which is great!

Product is stated . Not as thick as I thought for stainless steel. But just as good as your kitchen pans

Great for camping
This is great to take camping. I've used it for cooking and does really good with soups and things. When cooking things like pancakes or grilled cheese you have to be more care to use low heat. The lid/ plate is really nice to have with it. It all snaps together good for transporting and keeps your pan clean.
