I was warned in other reviews about the horrible taste and they were right! However, I was pleasantly surprised by an increase in energy to get me through the midday slump. You don’t have to dissolve the tablets in your mouth, they can be swallowed instead! Worth the try for the price. There’s a kids version and 1 of my 2 kids can tolerate them

The Good: They really do dissolve very quickly.The Bad: They don't dissolve quickly enough to mediate their horrible taste. It is like taking Nyquil or something like that. And the taste returns off and on all day. I can't bring myself to take any more after the first. I gave my mother one, and she spat it out.

This tastes horrible but anyone who's into natural health knows taste is not a factor in nutrition. I will admit when these are melting under the tongue, they are tart but I feel good knowing I'm getting a decent form of a b complex. If you've ever went to the health food store to get your b-complex, sometimes the selection is scarce. I can't afford to spend in the double digits for online brands. I normally buy this exact brand from Abbys Nutrition but they were out. There are a lot of things that contribute to my health but when my nerves are jittery or I'm anxious or just tired, I can immediately tell when I have not been taking my B complex. This is a staple in my supplements.

I just received the vitamins a few minutes ago. I opened the bottle to take 2 and smell was overpowering. My son and daughter-in-law were sitting at the table with me and they both said the smell is terrible. The taste was even worse! I’ll take them until I finish the bottle. See if I will continue after that.

This is a great supplement with a really good price tag, but I’m warning you the taste is terrible.I expected it to taste like a B12. It tastes like B complex, but additionally quite bitter and it leaves a long-lasting aftertaste. I’m going to keep trying, because I need a sublingual B12, but honestly I don’t think I’m tough enough.

These tablets have an objectionable taste and flavor, but I do not rule out supplements based on their taste. The tablet dissolves rapidly under the tongue for good sublingual absorption, but the undertaste is nasty.Compared to the oral route, the sublingual route of administration allows supplements to bypass most of the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream by way of the blood vessels under the tongue.Due to the price and potency, I would purchase this particular vitamin B complex pill again.

I am not new to sublingual supplements and I can handle things that may not taste so great but this one is terrible. It is acidic, it is bitter. I would not recommend this product. If I could return it, I would.
