Full of flavor
I absolutely hate the maple and bourbon flavor, but my girlfriend loves it. Got it for her for Valentines Day. Accidentally took a cup of it to work. I was gagging but she absolutely loves it

10+ Stars from me
After I accidentally tried blueberry coffee years ago I fell in love with the strange combo. I stick with plain unflavored crappy coffee for the day to day but like to have some flavored or higher quality roast on hand too for one of THOSE days. This is by far one of the best and weirdly enough cheaper blueberry flavored coffee I have come across. Taste is on point. Price is on point. I'm cheap so I will always want it to be cheaper but hey my fiance and I have been going almost a month strong with this brand and no sight of stopping in sight. I'll stop now, this is way too long of a review for coffee. Just buy it. Great taste, aroma, quality, etc etc etc. We will definitely be purchasing again!❤️

This Is The Best Coffee I Have Ever Had
I am a coffee drinker and prefer freshly made coffee, but I am not one who buys cups of coffee from coffee shops, mainly because its much more affordable to make such at home or at the office. Thus, I have tried different home brew/office brew coffees over the years. When a brand I have liked for some years was out of stock, I decided to try some other coffees, and gave this EOC brand a try and ordered one bag each of three different flavors, including a bag of this Florida Caramel Flan flavor. Soon after the coffee bags arrived, I made a batch of this Florida Caramel Flan coffee and gave it a try without any creamer, sugar, or other additives, so as to assess the flavor by itself.I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor. It does have a very slight caramel candy flavor and smell. It's not a very strong caramel flavor or smell and doesn't overbear the coffee, but is enough to register as such on your palate and olfactory center. It's actually a very delectable smell to detect when you come into the kitchen or office in the morning or early afternoon. I personally rate the flavor as a 4 out of 5 in terms of the quality of the flavor. It has a great smooth caramel flavor. As for caffeine content/amount, I did not do a chemical analysis to determine the precise amount of caffeine in a cup of this coffee, but simply drank a cup and did get the caffeine boost that I am accustomed to from a good cup of coffee. having experienced such, I can tell you this is a good strong coffee, but not super-strong in caffeine content. After having a cup of this coffee without any additives, few hours later I had a cup with some creamer and---WOW!!!---it went very well with the sweetened creamer (literally better than any other coffee-creamer blend I have ever had). If you like a caramel coffee flavor and prefer creamer in your coffee, I highly recommend trying this coffee, as it has gone very well with the creamers I use and is very tasty. On the other hand, if you like your coffee plain without any additives, this Florida Caramel Flan coffee by EOC has a great flavor and smell that is enjoyable and good for a caffeine boost without adding anything to it.Lastly, if you want to gift this coffee to someone, they will DEFINITELY enjoy it.

"Sniffs as advertised of maple and bourbon"...
UPDATE: I tried it using the grounds in my cold brew coffee maker and I would have to give it three (3) stars at best after comparing it with my bourbon-infused coffee beans which I have also made cold brew from. With the 8 o'clock it does have an artificial quality to it in spite of not being chemical tasting or overly offensive. I brewed it for 81 hours so this may have created a bit of overkill with the flavor getting too bold. The bourbon flavor is clear in the mid-palate and finish, but the maple comes more from my addition of organic dark Canadian maple syrup than the coffee grounds. It is aromatic with a sweet sniff and pretty smooth, but the flavor profile is not as interesting and authentic as when I use bourbon-infused coffee beans. Thus I will be going back to using bourbon-infused coffee beans and shopping for other producers that create bourbon-infused coffee beans which has that more authentic bourbon sniff and flavor profile I am seeking. I think if you are a fan of "flavored" coffee this may be worth a shot. But since I am not that person I will be passing on it moving forward. My dad lives on the East Coast so I have had the 8 O'clock brand coffee at his house when visiting. I have been brewing regular flavored cold brew coffee for about a half a dozen years and recently decided to try it with flavored coffee for fun. I used a bourbon-infused coffee and had success so I thought I would give this a go. I love MAPLE so I figured this was worth a shot since the price was fair.So far, I have only tried brewing it as a HOT coffee. The REVIEW:-- sniffs of maple and bourbon when I open the bag; fairly pronounced-- all aromas become more pronounced at brewing-- MAPLE and BOURBON are more forward in the mouth with notes of caramel or caramel on the mid-palate-- the coffee is smooth, nothing rough-- I wish it were available in "whole bean" so that it would be even fresher-- I tasted it black and it had only light bitterness-- tastes of a "medium roast" as the bag indicates-- there is a sweet sniff to it-- I'm not a flavored coffee drinker normally but this is pretty good even as a hot coffee-- No rough artificial taste but it does lack an authentic bourbon flavor-- I punched up the maple flavor via adding some 365 Organic Dark Canadian maple syrup which made it even nicer-- this is not something I would drink every day but when bored with the usual coffee routine or for the holidays I "may" give it a goNext up I will use it in my Takeya cold brew coffee maker and see if it is a HIT or a MISS. We'll see. I will update this review after tasting that finished product.
