This is actually very comfortable. The fabric is a little stiff but with were my soften. I got it for my anniversary dinner. I felt beautiful in it. Looks great with a belt too.

I have bought two of these dresses so far and wear them both weekly! The black one came in perfect and has been very sturdy (my boys are forever hanging on my skirts). The red one was not as sturdy sadly and my youngest tore 3 separate holes on the seams of the skirt the first wear trying to hide from a waving stranger 🥲 it was a basic fix, but I wish it were a bit more reinforced on the seams. I’m 4’11 and it’s a bit too long but I wear platform docs and skirt hikes so it isn’t hard to walk in. Without, I’d definitely not be able to. Honestly, I could probably lose the bottom panel of the skirt and be fine length wise.

I have pros and cons to this dress. Most of my cons come from me not receiving exactly what is pictured in this listing and on the photos that others have posted on reviews. What’s different is the waist part (the stretchy bit of the dress) as well as the keyhole design on top that you tie doesn’t exist with my dress which is a huge bummer because I really liked that part when I was ordering it. Another con is that there are a lot of loose threads on this dress. I don’t want to return it because I have been waiting for the white to come in stock for so long in “one size” and it seems to be really hard to come by so I’ll keep this for now I supposed the pros to the dress is that I really like that it has a slip attached and that it is very comfortable and flattering. It was a toss between 3 stars and 4 because it’s just kind of annoying that it isn’t what is pictured. Hope this helps!

I'm shocked by how much I like this dress. It's thin and lightweight cotton so you don't die in the heat at the Ren Faire. It is a good fit for those on the chunky side of life. And best of all, the length isn't insane on the short girls. I was hesitant at first, but no longer. Pair this up with some accessories and you'll be rocking the whimsy at the faire.

I bought from fujiashangmaO and it's more of a heavier plasticy bag liner fabric, definitely not cotton at all, not something I want touching my body. Very disappointed and now I'll have to figure out how to return it and hopefully find a legit one before the faire. Wish I hadn't taken the chance on this. It's a pity because the style and stitching is decent, what a waste that they use horrible cheap fabric instead.

I bought another similar dress from another maker before this one and it was too big and the material felt like a shower liner… this one was so so so much better. The material is a nice light cotton material and the fit is so much more flattering. I am 5’7” and about 160lbs and it was so nice. Tight in the right places and flowy in the right places. Slightly more expensive but worth the price. Looking at other colors for another!

We are people that really appreciate this style for clothing, and the first time we bought this dress, we were really happy because the cotton was very comfortable, and it is really hard to find a nice dress in this style that is all cotton and is soft. It is hard to find a cotton alternative because most of the world is corrupted by synthetics, but we are physically allergic, so we appreciated this dress a lot and wore it out well. We tried to order ones in other colors, but only the purple one was made from that nice material, so that was sad. It has been a couple of years, and it was time for new ones, so we ordered another 2 in the purple so they would last longer together, but now I am majorly disappointed because the purple is crusty now also. They also added a percent more elastic so it feels more itchy, and so, with how deeply unsatisfied I am with this new method of manufacturing, I wouldn't order from them again. The purple still isn't as bad as the other colors, it took a couple of washes to make it tolerable, but still, so sad.

Love it! I wanted a 95-100% cotton dress. No synthetic plastic. It goes great with my corsets! Then i decided to dye it blue.
