This is the only one I could find that has enough length to work in a ceranic sink. As the wall thichness of a ceramic sink is much greater than a metal sink, I had to return my first purchase that is most common but are dimensioned to fit the thin wall of metal sinks.

We bought two of these, one for each side of our kitchen stainless steel sink. What I love is how easily the basket simply pushes down to plug the sink hole so the sink can be filled with water when desired. Never have I had a basket that works this consistently to hold water for however long we want. The baskets look just great. The brass tail pieces also look great (although I scarcely really look under the sink!) and they were well made so that they were simple to install. (They weren't necessarily "easy", as it entailed taking the sink out, but they weren't complicated.) I highly recommend these Strainer-tailpiece combos to everyone who needs to replace their old strainers and tail piece "pipes". If my 71 year old husband can Install these, I would say a lot of others can, too.
