There are pictures and fun facts here and there that tell the history of some words, which is super cool! For example, I learned from one of these fun fact word history boxes that the word intestine literally comes from the Latin intestinus which means the thing that is inside. Also, there’s no weird, indecipherable dictionary letters that are supposed to tell you how to pronounce the word but really serve no purpose whatsoever because they’re totally unintuitive. No no, this dictionary uses literal phonetic sounds to help you sound out the word. For example, you would find ber•ee in the definition of berry. Perfect.
