Good in theory, Bad in practise.
Don't buy this for a rental property. It will never be used. It's too noisy, & tenants will turn it off. What Nuaire need to do is invent a unit that goes on the OUTSIDE wall of a property, not inside. Then it can run automatically without disturbing anyone, & without being switched off.
