I have ordered this but got a defective one that was not unlocked by the key. Thank to Amazon service I replaced it nd got a new one today... Waited a week ahead for the right material nd there is time in ceremony so I can give this. Well over nd all it was a nice product nd worth giving to our loved ones.

Great product but broken.
Its a great product but when I opened the pack chains hook was broken and now I'm unable to wear that chain BTW chain is too small. 😣
