Meanwhile, laptop arrived with a bunch of CDs, and where am I supposed to stick them?Nice looking laptop, but wrong description. Now I am trying to contact the seller to ask for some credit towards me buying an external DVD drive. Meanwhile it's just sitting there as I am unable to install the software that I have on CDs. ### ⭐ the computer went from working perfectly fine to not functioning at all *by N***1 on Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2016* I purchased the HP Elitebook Business 14-inch Ultrabook on May 28, 2015. Eight months later, the computer no longer works. When I turn it on, the screen is black and the fan runs loudly. Without warning, the computer went from working perfectly fine to not functioning at all. I did nothing out of the ordinary to cause this. I took the computer to Staples and was told that it's probably the graphics card. Why would there be an issue with the graphics card on a computer that is less than a year old? I am reaching out to the seller now to resolve this issue. ### ⭐⭐⭐ OK but not an upgrade from the Elitebook 2740P *by M***O on Reviewed in the United States on August 17, 2015* OK but not what I expected. My old Elitebook had the startup switch on the front. so I didn't have to open the laptop ( I connect it to a larger monitor when I'm home.
