Telescopic Window Cleaner Double Faced Glass Cleaning Kit Extending Wash Head with Pole,squeegees and Sponges

I used this product for my very large windows in a downtown loft. The tops don't tilt in, so I needed something to wash the outsides with. This product does not clean the windows100% perfectly, but I'd say they get them 90% cleaner with a few streaks on the first wash. I first use the spongy thing to wash the windows with soapy water, then use the squeegee to remove the excess water. I'm super happy with this product. Yes there's a bit of a learning curve, but considering how easily priced this is I have no complaints.

Although the concept for the Zuwit Telescopic Window Cleaner product is interesting, the materials used in the creation of the product did not live up to the expected use for cleaning windows.During the first and only usage of this product the product broke in 2 locations.Location 1 - The green plastic hinge or movable joint that connects to the telescoping rod and holds the sponge and squeegee attachments cracked. See picture attachmentLocation 2 - On the loop or semi-u-shaped handle attachment, 1 of the 2 screws that held the green plastic connector in place and connected to the telescoping rod, was stripped and feel into the hollow rod, causing the handle to rotate in place each time we tried to scrub and squeegee our windows. We had to insert new new screw to continue to use the attachment. See picture attachmentScenarioWe live on the 8th floor of a semi-high rise building with security windows that are designed to not open wide enough to allow a child or small adult to climb out or fall out though. We have 3 rooms, each containing a wide picture window with either 1 or 2 windows on either side of the picture window that open to allow for air circulation.The Zuwit window cleaner fit our specific need as we couldn't clean our windows from outside the building, only from within our apartment.Now although the product - before the materials broke - did perform a good job of soaping, scrubbing and cleaning our windows - both the outside and inside; the materials used in the construction of the product failed during the first use. I live on the top floor of an apartment complex that have huge windows which only open from the bottom and birds like to sit on the roof ledge and drop presents on my windows. I used to have to wait for rain to take care of my dirty work but not anymore! This handy tool cleans up my windows fairly easily but it does start to hurt your wrist after a while. I would have gave it a higher rating but I think it's a little overpriced.

Useless tool, impossible to clean windows that slide up when living in a high rise

This works great for cleaning windows from the inside of my apartment.It telescopes in 2 places and can reach to almost 4 feet past the edge of the handle (her closer hand in their picture) for those hard to reach places. It comes with 2 attachments: a small squeegee about 9 inches wide and a circular sponge attachment 5 inches in diameter. You can also attach one of the 2 cloths by using the ring (see pictures I attached). Later I discovered a silver vinyl type cloth nestled in, but am not sure what it is used for. Make sure not to toss the screw connector before throwing the box out. It took 2 weeks to arrive, so don't order one right before vacation (I think it's shipped from overseas). The only improvement I can see is adding a square sponge attachment to get the corners, but I can tie a cloth to the squeegee which works. By using both hands, it doesn't strain my wrist like when I attached a towel to a long pole. Glad I ordered one.

I'm glad i bought the window cleaner. A simple but useful tool for cleaning difficult to reach windows in high rise blocks. It takes getting used to operating the tool but that had not been much of a problem. The window scraper is handy.

Funciona estupendamente y es muy fácil de usar.Se puede usar sin la pieza en forma de codo.Se puede usar la esponja y la rasqueta conjuntamente si fija uno bien como se monta, es fácil, si te fijas un poco.No he necesitado las instrucciones, porque es muy intuitivo.Me ha solucionado el problema de la limpieza de unos ventanales altos correderos y de dificilísimo acceso.A la esponja se le puede adaptar cualquier bayeta.

Il prodotto , giunto un giorno prima del previsto, si è rivelato pratico, utilissimo ed ha risolto il problema di lavare vetri esterni irraggiungibili senza un'impalcatura. Ottima idea.

Don't waste your money on this. After attempting to use on our large but reasonably easy to access windows (open from the bottom outwards, but with no bar to hinder your reach), I realized a long pole and/or a tall ladder with a standard washing head and squeegee are a far better investment. This was difficult to use to reach the difficult places to clean and the squeegee was so poor, even when I did manage to reach the water on the window to remove the water, it left streaks and smears that resulted in the window looking worse AFTER being cleaned. I figured out how to put this together despite the poor instructions. I could have made better illustrations and explanations in half an hour than those provided.
