Good amount of coverage and very comfortable to use.
Very comfortable with very even distribution throughout. The insides do not shift and leave parts "empty." After being heated, heat seems to last for a good 15 minutes before needing to be reheated again. Good coverage down the back and as long as you're not doing a lot of moving around, will stay in place rather reliably.Was accidentally microwaved for way too long at one point (about 4 minutes), but it didn't seem to affect it's use, other than a slight "vegetable" smell when it's just removed from the microwave.Would order again if somehow lost or damaged.

Wife Loves Her Sunny Bay Shoulder and Upper Back Heat Wrap and Uses It Daily
My Wife has been using this almost daily since receiving it and on some days more than once a day. She says it really helps relax her neck muscles and upper back.Edit: 12-5-2017 - Just purchased another of your heat wraps as a Christmas gift for our Daughter and her family. Our oldest Granddaughter has used ours several times during sleepovers and because all members of the family have some back issues we are giving them one of your great wraps - just so we don't create conflict on who gets to use it next!

Extra-large way to go
Extra-large way to go. Heating pads the larger the area the better must be folded to get into microwave I use two minutes and then flip it over and two minutes again. The first few times there is a slight oder from the dye used but it goes away after fourth and fifth time using. The heat doesn't last as long as some heating pads but then again I don't want to sit there for 25 minutes. It only takes 15 minutes to get the results you need. covers my whole back and shoulders and I'm a large upper body guy

Hole burned through wrap and pad while inside mincrowave
I am disappointed with this product because I've had it for only a couple of months and when I heated it in the microwave yesterday, it started smoldering in one section. There is now a burn hole in the cover and the pad. It still smells like burnt popcorn nearly 24 hours later.I have been searching the internet to locate the manufacturer so I can see if they are willing to provide a refund or replacement since the Amazon return period has ended. I can't find anything on Amazon's website or when I search the internet to tell me who makes Sunny Bay products or how to reach them.

Great Product
Great, great product. Covers shoulders and neck well. Does not shift or fall off when walking or moving. Has a rice smell when heated because .... rice! Like it a whole lot better than the smell of heated pads filled with buckwheat hulls or flax seeds. Is deceptively warm and gives deep heat off to aching muscles.

One of my favorite heating pads
Everything is good about this pad, but the true bonus is that the design and weight are such that it can stay on the shoulders and back while one walks around. For others thinking about purchasing this, I highly recommend it, but consider that the large is not especially large. I wear a size men's small/women's medium, and the large heating pad was perfect for me. So if you wear sizes larger than these, you might want to buy the extra large if you want it to sit on your shoulders well and for the part that goes around your neck not to be too tight. Great product!

This is the small size. I got it for my mom, and she loves it. Plus, the size and weight os better for her than the larger sizes. I got a medium for myself.
