Than goodness I found these
I wear insoles for fallen arches and find them so expensive, usually about £300 a pair to be specially adapted. But I was needing a new set so found these online and thought I'd try them out. They are so good, I wear them for short times, gardening, in my slippers, in wellington boots even. They are lightweight and so comfy. I still have my others which I use for walking etc, but these are so great for short use and indoors. Plus what a saving. Absolutely brilliant. They give good support to my arches and also slightly lift my heel which is what I need. Others and some expensive shoes lift the arch but the heel area is far too low, so very uncomfortable. These are great and soft to wear.

Excellent!
Really happy! Just the right arch support. Very comfortable and durable. I also bought other branded arch supports, but inadequate compared to this product. Good value for money! Recommend.

Heel and ankle support
I find it more comfortable than the previous support I had you do not feel anything in your shoe. It is soft when walking and kind to my heel.

It's early days ABIT sore at first but ok now. See how it goes the next month, see if it helps me aches & pain in my feet
