Very good quality.
This is my second adapter as they are of good quality and this type is necessary for an Epiphone acoustic guitar. You have to be careful which one you order due to the specific thtread on the guitar. Ihad (imperial size thread)

Easy to fit
For owners of the epiphone J200 EC Studio I can conform that the imperial thread version fits perfectly. I followed the Music Nomad YouTube video, to guide me through the alignment process prior to which, as a precaution, I masking taped around the jack plug to avoid accidental scratches. My only criticism of the product is that I wish they'd made it a cm longer as the tab of my strap is tight up to the lead when inserted. Ridiculously expensive, but a great solution to a common concern about strap security.

Excellent!
(£25 at time of review) It looks like a lot of money for what it is, but it is an exceptionally well made product that works perfectly... Definitely worth what I paid for it. This adapts my Fishman Matrix T-Blend endpin into something usable... The original Fishman component doesn't fit any of the straps I own. Very good value for money since you are paying for a great product that will last a very long time. I highly recommend this product 😎👍

Good idea… sort of
The value of this product rests on whether or not it precisely tightens up to the correct position. If it’s not at the right angle then the advice by Nomad is to get your jack button re-fitted. Bonkers! Mine didn’t tighten up to the correct position. So I wrapped some PTFE tape on the thread until it did. What might be better would be if nomad supplied some thin nylon washers that you could put on until the item screwed on to the correct angle. The other issue is that if you want to plug in your guitar/mandolin etc then the strap gets in the way of the jack plug. This isn’t too tricky for me with my cheap fabric strap but with a thick leathery strap then it would be more troublesome. That said, I’m using this gizmo and making it work for me.

Excellent product, well thought out nice quality
To use with a heavy arch top with separate mag and end-pin piezo outputs. I like locking straps but can't fit the guitar with a strap attached in the case anyway so would have to reattach each time which is either time-consuming or not done properly. Without the Lok I’ve had issues securing a strap and plugs, was never been happy with the setup and nearly dropped the guitar a few times. Looked for options and then found this product. This has it sorted, feels totally solid and secure, and is better arranged for routing the two cables safely. I ordered the shorter cap-head screws (£2) for the Dunlop system as recommended in the instruction videos but in the meantime used a rubber washer to space it and this works fine anyway. I guess a strap tail could get close to the jack plug but using a right-angled plug this is a non-issue (in this case the washer gives a little more clearance too). I’ll certainly be getting another for a different guitar.

Great but expensive

Hybrid Setup works best
It’s expensive for what it is… however, I absolutely love it. It’s made for schaller strap locks which is great. However, it’s worth noting most straps will block the Jack input and have to fiddle around which on stage is not ideal. On the other end, using these strap locks on the heel servilely inhibits the playability higher up the neck! Fear Not! I have paired this system with the DiMarzio clip lock straps (which are awesome in their own right). At the heel joint it is perfectly flush using the clip locks screw straight into the body. But by adapting the other end of the strap slightly to fit the schaller locking part in by the Jack it uses the schaller part that’s integrated. Because of the design of the clip lock it means you have perfect access to the Jack input too!

Good item, let down by delivery.
We have a perfectly good covered porch, but no, driver left out in pouring rain, absolutely saturated!

Someday I’ll find the one of these that I bought a year ago and I’ll have a strap lock on another guitar, but in the meantime, I finally have a strap lock on my Martin and this adapter works perfectly. I’m very happy with it, it screwed on easily, and there is room for the guitar cable and RokLok on the end of my guitar. Best, my strap doesn’t randomly pop off.

Geniale.

I'm happy with it, but it does tend to twist and come loose a lot.

Une fois qu'on a trouvé comment le fixer pour éviter qu'il ne tourne c'est top.
