タイトル通り、この味噌自体は出汁を入れなくても味噌を溶かすだけで不思議と出汁の味がして非常に美味しい味噌です。ただし、Amazonの保管方法が悪いため（おそらく常温の倉庫に放置している）発酵が進んでしまい色が赤味噌みたいな状態で届きました。風味もだいぶ変わってしまっていて別の商品です。発酵食品の取り扱いには注意して欲しいですね、Amazonさん。

お値段は高めですが、高いインスタント味噌汁を買うよりは安いでしょう。お椀に茹でた小松菜などと入れてお湯で溶くだけでOKです。

柏寿みそは減塩でとても気に入っているのですが　今回購入した品は保存状態が悪いのか　味噌自体の色がいつもより濃くなっていた。冷所に置いておかないと変色しやすい品なので気を付けて欲しい。変色していなければ五つ星です
