Wonderful! Does not upset your stomach and one can take it on an empty stomach too! There is no after taste in fact no taste at all. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow. One take on an empty stomach if you want. The price is terrific and shipping is speedy.

Very good. Pick me up better then coffee, great for those who are going through premenopause/menopause. Mood uplifted, easy to swallow even tho they are large pills. If you have small throat I would recomend it to brake it in half. If one or many came broken its still good to take, the packaging is great too, nothing came broken. I bought those before in person many many ages ago. Sure bought them broken, it doesnt mean they are bad, it depends how they are been handles in boxes. I used to work as a retailer so I know it is normal. Makes your day go positive not negative. Great to take on empty stomach.

These vitamins are good I can see the results but you have to take them for a few weeks to get into your system

I don't know what is in this but I have fibromyalgia and I have a lot of my pain is in my neck and jaw. I took this and within 2 hours the pain my neck and jaw was gone and so was the stiffness. I was taken by surprise. I often have fatigue as well as I wasn't dealing with that! I was left very very surprised by this vitamin.

Im a reluctant vitamin taker. Not only do I have several pills to take daily, in general I have just never been into the hype and certainly not the claims. This year after a series of health setbacks however, I was forced to reconsider, and after days of exhaustive research stumbled apon this brand and its options for women, specifically perimenapausal women and women over the age of 50. Ive been taking these vitamins for almost a year now and in that time have noticed a change in my skin, digestion, overall mood, and my blood work is now the best that it has EVER been. If youre like me and struggling to get on this bandwagon this is your sign. You wont regret it.

It provided me with sufficient energy for most of the day as I am 60. I would have preferred a little more. Its easy to swallow.

Probably the best vitamin on the market at this price point. After reading some other reviews, I’m not sure what people are expecting in terms of results? It’s a multivitamin and is meant to support your system, it’s not a miracle pill lol. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for something to take in conjunction with a healthy diet to meet daily vitamin/mineral intake.
