What is the material like on the under garment? Is it thick & tight? Does this product come with both garments as pictured? Thank you

Nope, it doesn’t. Just the black one. And it’s rubbish. Not only that, the company is AWFUL. They will spam you through your email offering you a free product but then adding more and more conditions you have to meet to get this free product, never in fact sending it to you but making sure they get false 5 star reviews and as much money as they can for their rubbish products from you. They do not leave you alone and they are very dishonest. I bought two things from this company and in the end I sent them both back and made a complaint to Amazon about their harassment and dishonesty. Sadly many of their reviews will have been left by people who have been told they will get a free item if they leave it and then never ever get their free item but don’t remove their review.

Im a 14 and ordered a large which fit very comfortably. Id measure yourself from their size chart but ive read in reviews they will send you another if size is wrong,plus you can contact them via email Chumianservice@hotmail.com and they will be very helpful. Hi can I return this if it doesn’t fit and I’ve tried it on just the once to see if it’s fits?

I had the some problem at the beginning when tried for first time but if you get the good size should fit as its elasticated! Anyway if you need to change I think you can do it!

Is the 3xl  too big for a size 18/20?

I got the XL and find it's fine for size 16 so I'd try the XXL first, it's waist training/control wear so you don't want it too big or you won't get the firm hold.
