While I am sure that it is doing something and getting some bad stuff out of me there are a few things that could be a whole lot better.Firstly, I tend to move around in my sleep some (not tossing and turning all night, but I do move around a little) and the adhesion simply doesn't cut it for me. Except for the nights where I slept like a log I could feel the edges rolling and the pad coming off sometimes before the night was halfway through. Trying to sleep and not move around because you know it will make your footpads come off is NOT a pleasant way to sleep...Secondly, I have mentioned that I have done other detoxes, so I wasn't really respecting a whole lot to be on the pads. The first night there was a lot of black but I could still see a little of the grey so I thought I might have some leftover pads... However, I still had the exact amount of black on the pads three weeks later! Since the pads were not full to start with it seems to me that they should be gradually decreasing in blackness but they don't really seem to be, which brings me to my next point..Thirdly, I had to order another thing of pads because I was close to running out of the first bag. I went online to see if they sold it and saw this product similar to Takara patch. The price was good so I tried it. I'm happy to say I am so impressed even more! The patch comes individually wrapped with the adhesive already attached and even has wipes available. When you removed the patch you can see it has worked. I am 67 yrs old and wake up sore and achy in the morning. When I woke up the first day after wearing the patch I felt incredible. I'm so happy to have found this product and highly recommend you try it and see the results.
