I’m a hot sauce person. I carry packets in my purse and have an entire cabinet shelf dedicated solely to ensuring my house is always fully stocked with plenty of options.Sriracha is hands down one of the best hot sauces you can get. However, each hot sauce has its own place in the food world; for me, I use Sriracha on Cheeze-It, hummus, pizza and Mac and cheese.I don’t know what else to say other than this is the real deal and it’s yummy.

This is the ONLY true Sriracha, and it's perfect. Just like the crescent wrench, the band-aid, chapstick, or scotch tape, it's the product you think of when someone asks for "Sriracha".

Compared to the Sriracha I've had in the past, this one is watery and weak with less flavor and less heat; so much so that by the time you add enough product to achieve the results you desire, you've thinned out your sauce - if that is what you're making - to the point of soupiness. Not noticeable or of concern of course if you're seasoning actual soup
