Ceylon Cinnamon - This works for me!
I started taking this to see if it Really can lower my blood pressure. I already take man made medication for that and a heart issue and want to wean off whatever I can. Well, it took a few months to tell, BUT I now have the best blood pressure numbers I've had in several years! I'm a believer and am now slowly weaning off of the pharmaceuticals I've been on for almost 4 years with no noticable results. (my blood pressure didn't get lower) For whatever reason now, my Dr. hasn't been talking about me going on yet another medication for cholesterol. I really have NO IDEA if the cinnamon has anything to do with that but I did not want more meds and am happy about that

Ceylon cinnamon is a better choice than the regular kind. It has ingredients that support the body's need for stabilizing blood glucose.
