I am 5'7 and it was nearly to the ground and my boyfriend is 6'1 and it was still long enough. Definitely worth the purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Big and Heavy! *by T*** on November 13, 2017* The size is definitely extra large and the material is very heavy. This is not a summer showers type of rainwear. You will get warm under it. Sadly, you also may pass out from the fumes this thing packs. It smells like a chemical plant. Do not let it sit in the box and packaging until you need it. Open it up and air it out, preferably outside and away from plants and animals.After wearing it for a while outside, the smell does go away for the most part. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I put some self-sticking Velcro down the open sides of the poncho (the snap closed it a bit) and the poncho closed up nicely. During a rainstorm with nasty wind (mother nature, not me), I put on my 16" Mucks and, with my two black Labs, took a two mile walk through our local park. This baby is what I've been looking for: I was dry and comfortable; the poncho kept the rain OUT. Dogs were a mess, but they loved it. I'll get another for back-up. So far a great product.
