This review is for Vitology Labs premium berberine with Ceylon cinnamon, 1400mg, 90 capsules (it appears that the information on the Amazon page differs from what is stated on the label) According to the label, the recommended dosage is three capsules once a day with a meal, so a bottle lasts for 30 days. The ingredients are just berberine and cinnamon, no fillers.I have no complaints about bloating or difficulty swallowing the capsules. I was hoping this product would assist me with regulating my blood sugar levels, possibly resulting in some weight loss. This is only my second bottle, so the jury is still out. In addition to berberine, I am taking chromium and magnesium, and have lost some weight, but I have also adjusted my diet, so I am not clear which of the supplements is contributing the most. It's possible that there is a synergistic effect. I would recommend it because it is a very clean product.FYI, the price has gone up two dollars since my last bottle.

I was tentative at first looking for something to help me with lowering my blood sugar levels. I managed to get my numbers under control while taking Berberine as directed on the bottle. Everything was looking pretty good so I didn't re-oder. However, I noticed that after I stopped taking Berberine my number once again became hard to control. I have placed a new order and am now on subscription so I don't forget to order. I love this product. It is free of everything bad and the only ingredients are Berberine HCI and Ceylon Cinnamon both which are helpful in controling sugar level. I know everyone is different, but It works for me. I recommend that, at least it be given a try.

The product helped me alot with my blood surgar

The berberine per 'serving' is listed at 1200mg. but I failed to realize that a 'serving' consists of 3 capsules which equates to only 400mg per capsule. I've taken other brands previously that had 600mg per capsule for the same or even lower $ so am disappointed with this although it's 'my bad' for not paying close attention to details. The redeeming qualities are a.) it has 200mg of Ceylon Cinnamon (high quality) b.) "other ingredients" list only "Methylcellulose Capsules" and no 'nasty other ingredients'.

I have diabetes, I am always searching for natural over the counter vitamins or herbs. I saw the berberine and figured it was worth a try. My blood glucose was up and down by 50 points taking big pharma drugs. Three days on this and everything has leveled out and my over all level is down and stabilized by 23 points. Now I am oping it will also help with some weight loss.I received my package on time and I am ordering more today. My wife wants to try it as well for weight loss.
